DOM Bank.The Russian Federation will finance the construction of a hotel in the historical district of Pskov. The leading federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group is engaged in the construction of the hotel in partnership with the Corporation Tourism.RF. The financing of the project is carried out under the program of preferential loans within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality", and the amount of funds is 912 million rubles. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
The Cosmos Smart hotel complex will have 120 rooms and a three-star category. The infrastructure of the future hotel also includes a conference hall with a capacity of 50 seats, a restaurant with 100 seats and a lobby bar, as well as a gym. The new hotel will be located in the historical district of Pskov, at 33 Kuznetskaya Street. The hotel will be located in close proximity to the historical and cultural sites of the city and the main transport hubs: Pskov Airport is 6.5 km away, and the railway station is 2.3 km away. The Pskov Kremlin, the main attraction of the city, is 1.6 km away.
Cosmos Hotel Group started construction of a three-star hotel in Pskov in the fall of 2024. Archaeological investigations have already been completed on the territory of the future hotel, excavation work has been completed and work on the preparation of the foundation slab has been completed. Monolithic works are currently underway.

According to our estimates, the hotel complex will be able to accommodate up to 33,000 guests annually and will provide an increase in additional tourist flow to the region. It is worth noting that when designing and developing the architectural concept of the hotel, we carefully and carefully took into account the historical appearance of the city so that the future facility would be organically combined with the urban space," commented Alexander Biba, President of Cosmos Hotel Group.
